CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE PDF FILE
All orders are fulfilled via an automatic payment and distribution system after payment verification. Sometimes, there is a glitch and buyers aren't sent to the download page. If that happens, don't hesitate to contact us.

• I was not taken to the download page.
  If you were not redirected to a download page, please check your email account. We always send a backup email with the download link. The download link is valid for 24 hours.
  
  
• I haven't received the email confirmation letter with the download link.
  If you didn't receive an email with the download link, check your bulk mail or spam folder first. If your order confirmation isn't there, contact us with your order information and upon payment verification, we will resend the download link or send your e-book via email attachment.
  
  
• I received an error or download link expired message.
  If the download link doesn't work, forward us the email with your download link and we'll investigate the problem. If the download link expired because you didn't download it within the 24 hour timeframe, we'll send a new download link. If you've downloaded the e-book but didn't save it to your computer and the link is now expired, we'll send a new download link. If the download link, which is automatically generated, simply doesn't work, we will send your e-book via email attachment, ASAP. Please understand that our download links expire to prevent unauthorized downloading and/or forwarding of the links.
  
  
• I am having a problem downloading the e-book.
  If you are having a problem downloading your e-book, contact us with your order information and upon payment verification, we will will send your e-book via email attachment.
  
  
• I downloaded the e-book, but cannot find it on my computer.

• You didn't tell me there was a time limit to download my order. I was on vacation ten days ago and was waiting until I arrived home to download the order. Can you help me?
  The download page you were taken to, to download your order, clearly states the link will expire in 24 hours. This is done to protect our products from illegal download and distribution. Please contact us with your order number, order date, and the name on your order and we'll be happy to assist you.
