No matter how reliable we like to believe technology is, it sometimes fails.
If you don't hear from us within 48 hours, please email us again.
- If you never received your e-book order, please contact us and we'll resend your e-book.
- If you run into technical difficulties concerning your e-book, check our Problem Solving page.
If after reading our extensive help section, you still can't find a solution, drop us an email and we'll help you resolve your e-book problem.
- If your computer crashed or you lost your e-book order, we'll send you one copy, free of charge, within the first year of your order,
provided you include your order information and we can verify your order in our system.
