Every eProduct (digital collage sheet, patterns, tutorials, and imagery) listed on this site was custom created by Alyice Edrich and has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Non-Commercial Use License
You may reprint each eProduct an unlimited number of times and use them in limitless personal projects, including gift projects where no money exchanges hands.

Commercial Use License
To use any of the eProducts for commercial use, you MUST purchase a commercial use license.

The standard commercial use license will allow you to use the eProduct(s) in commercial (or retail) projects provided they are not the sole focus of your commercial projects AND provided you use no more than five (5) sheets per project, that each project is tangible, and that each project does not exceed 500 print runs. To use in larger print runs or product packaging, please inquire about a broader license—which requires additional fees.

Prohibited Use
You cannot distribute the eProducts in whole or part—electronically or in print.

You cannot make copies of the eProducts or CD collections for distribution to others, including but not limited to friends, relatives, colleagues, students, workshop attendees, and/or clients or retail customers.

You cannot include the eProducts or CD collections in whole or part in other compilations.

You cannot turn the eProducts into e-cards, collage sheets, fabric designs, rubber stamps, stencils, or templates.

You cannot use the eProducts in third party projects such as, but not limited to, web design clients, website templates, or client slideshows.

You cannot use the eProducts with print-on-demand services; services in which you do not have control over the distribution of the product.

You cannot use the eProducts in trademarks or service marks or for unlawful practices.

You cannot use the eProducts as a resale project in and of itself. In other words, you cannot resale the eProducts in whole or part. You cannot mass produce them by placing them in a CD collection or print compilation OR as individual or grouped papers—in print or digitally—and sell them.

Publication Credits
When using the eProducts in projects for publication such as magazine articles or website showcases please include proper attribution by giving credit to the company and/or designer. i.e. Background sheets provided by TheDabblingMum.com or Collage sheets provided by Alyice Edrich of TheDabblingMum.com.

Refund Policy
In simple terms, there is a “no refund” policy in place.

Because you are purchasing a product that can be printed and copied—and yes some people actually do buy things to print, copy, and return—I’ve made it a policy to not allow returns on this product. That being said please take the “no refund” policy to heart before making your purchase.

If your eProduct arrives damaged, I’ll replace it immediately—provided you contact me within the first 30 days of receiving your eProduct. If you damage or lose your eProduct within the first 120 days of purchase, I’ll provide a second copy at half price. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss the matter so that we can work out a reasonable and fair solution.

eProduct Downloads
Digital products (i.e. collage sheets, background sheets, patterns, tutorials, and imagery) can be downloaded onto a Mac or PC. And can only be downloaded by the person ordering the sheets. There is an expiration date that will prevent you from downloading the eProducts after 3 attempts or 48 hours. This is done to protect the eProducts from illegal downloads and distribution.

If you experience problems with your download, please contact me with your order number, order date, and the name on your order and I'll be happy to help you resolve your problem.

Shipping & Handling of Hard Copies
All CD collections are shipped using USPS priority mail packaging with delivery confirmation. This costs a little more but the less time your order is in transit, the less likely it will break or become damaged. All orders are shipped on Fridays by noon. Therefore, if you place your order on Friday after noon, it will be shipped the following Friday.

Printing Tips
Test an image on your printer by using the best photo or high quality setting available. Using grayscale, draft, or text will ruin the quality of the image and produce poor results.

Use a paper designed to show the best image quality for your project. If you don’t have a good home or office printer, use a commercial printer like Kinko’s or Staples. Commercial printers use laser printing which result in a higher quality color print than using an ink jet printer designed for home use.

Collage Sheets
Each collage sheet was painted on a 9” x 12”, 140 lb. watercolor cold press paper. Each photograph was taken with a Nikon D80 digital camera. Each image was saved at 300 dpi, cropped and placed onto a digital 81/2” by 11” sheet of paper then saved as a .jpeg file. Each file was then converted to a .pdf file which can be printed but cannot be altered digitally.

If someone is interested in the background sheets after seeing your projects, please encourage them to purchase their own copy of this collection. Purchasing their own copy will allow me to create more packages like this in the future.
