What is your copyright policy?
You are welcome to customize products with Alyice's art and use them for personal projects...
You are welcome to customize products with Alyice's art and sell them in your retail shop...
But doing so does NOT grant you a license to reprint or reproduce the altered work outside of Zazzle and sell it, or alter the artwork and claim it as your own.
You are NOT purchasing the copyrights to the artwork itself.
You are NOT purchasing a license for reproduction.
All copyrights remain with Alyice Edrich, the creator.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
What is your refund policy?
All refunds are handled by Zazzle, Inc.
Per the company website, "If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt". There are, however, a couple of restrictions, or exceptions, to this rule.

Who handles print orders?
All orders are fulfilled via Zazzle, Inc.
Reproductions of Alyice Edrich's artwork are currently made available through a licensing arrangement with Zazzle.
What is your shipping policy?
All shipping issues, associated with your print order, are handled by Zazzle, Inc.
Shipping fees vary based upon items ordered and delivery location of orders.
Shipping can be costly, as Zazzle has several manufacturing facilities throughout the United States and each facility handles different products; which means you could end up with one set of shipping/handling fees for customized magnets, and another set of shipping/handling fees for postcards, and yet another set of shipping/handling fees for other products.
That's why we recommend you check out the Zazzle Black shipping program.
We personally use this service, when purchasing our products for ourselves, and find the low annual membership fee (basic is currently set at $10 a year) to be a HUGE money saver.
If you sign up for Zazzle Black you get free standard shipping on all qualified U.S. orders for an entire year.
